Fairies are mythical beings who were known to be good folk and people of peace. They were described to possess magical abilities. They are known to be immortal and may be a female or a male. Usually, they are mentioned to be harmless. Capable of enchantments and weather alterations, they can cause fog and many other changes. They like cleanliness and are generally attracted towards houses and rooms that are neat and tidy. They like to visit such places and are thought to bring good luck.
They live in magical places that are said to have only one season and that is spring. They never age and never get sick. There is no sadness or depression in the fairyland and all the residents are always happy. A large proportion of people throughout the world believe in existence of these fairies. For saving themselves from the casts and spells of fairies, people hang iron horseshoes above their home’s main entrances.
As known through various fairy tales, these fairies are mostly invisible to humans. Yet a gifted human or child can see them. These fairies are said to resemble humans in many ways, like they can talk, walk, see hear as well as possess talents and skills. They can love and have friends as well as families. They are said to live all around the globe. Generally, they like isolated areas where minimum to no humans come or live. They like to live in forests, parks, hills, underground or in rocks. A few may live in trees or transform into other creatures like mermaids.
